Passengers can contact Call Center for all Enquiry / Grievances / refund claims on KSRTC services. Grievances can be submiteed over telephone also.


Refunds for Online / Mobile Bookings (Accounts Dept.)

Failed Transactions (Amount deducted, but ticket not booked):

Refunds for failed transactions will be automatically credited to user’s account within seven working days. If refund is not received within seven days, users are requested to send email to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org (Accounts Section) with following details.

Details required:

For registered users, OB reference no. from My itineraries of registered user account OR online user ID and transaction date.

For guest users, OB no. OR email ID and transaction date.

Guest users can verify transaction status from link “Guest Users Ticket” on KSRTC homepage.

Cancelled Tickets:

Refunds for cancelled tickets will be automatically credited to user’s account within seven working days. If refund is not received within seven days, users are requested to send email to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org (Accounts Section) quoting OB no. or PNR no. of cancelled ticket.

080-22220386 and 080-22221321 Ext. 283, during office hours on all working days (between 1000-1730 hrs on Monday-Fridays and 1000-1330 hrs on Saturdays).


Operational Issues (AWATAR Cell):

If passenger faces any problem in cancellation of tickets, the same needs to be reported by email to awatar@ksrtc.org, two hours before the departure of the service. Such email shall be sent from registered user or guest user email id only. Mails received after this time or from different email id will not be considered for refund.

For grievances / refund claims in respect of reasons like Bus cancelled, Bus breakdown, change in class of service (lower class operated), Bus did not pick-up passenger at pickup point, complaints against operating crew / counter staff / booking agents etc., passengers are requested to send email along with ticket details and grievance to awatar@ksrtc.org. (AWATAR section). Such request has to be sent within 30 days from the date of journey. Request received after 30 days will not be considered.

Others:

Grievances related to operations like Bus cancelled, Bus breakdown, change in class of service (lower class operated), Bus did not pick-up passenger at pickup point, complaints against operating crew / counter staff / booking agents etc., may be sent to gmtraffic@ksrtc.org.

Grievances related to the bus / vehicle related issues such as cleanliness, display of boards, torn seats etc., may be sent to cmem@ksrtc.org
